Leslie Neugebauer

Leslie Neugebauer has over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Community Health, Social Needs, and Health Equity at PacificSource Health Plans since December 2013. Previously, Leslie held various roles within the organization, including Senior Director of Medicaid Governance, Director of the Central Oregon Coordinated Care Organization, and Behavioral Health Manager. Prior experience includes the position of Quality Improvement Manager at BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. Leslie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Capella University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California.
