Cristhian Sierra, CAPM, has been working in the professional world since 2019. That year, they began as a Resident Assistant at Harding University, where they helped to facilitate the social, academic, and personal adjustment of students to the residence hall and University. In 2020, they joined Pacifiko.com as a Customer Service Assistant, delivering timely, outstanding, and professional customer service to Pacifiko.com customers and assisting them with inquiries about their packages or orders via phone and chat.
