Mathieu Allen

Mathieu Allen possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Multi-franchisé at Pacini since March 2016. Prior to this role, Mathieu was the Vice-président exploitation at Restaurants ZIBO ! from October 2011 to September 2014, focusing on operations management, product development, and brand coordination. Mathieu also held the position of Conseiller aux opérations at La Cage aux Sports - Groupe Sportscene inc. from April 2005 to October 2011 and was the Vice-président opération at Gestion Allen inc. from January 2002 to February 2010. Mathieu holds a Bachelor's degree in urban planning from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, achieved from 1996 to 2000, along with a DEC in administration and business management from College Edouard-Montpetit, completed from 1994 to 1996.
