Kyle Minasian is an experienced eCommerce Operations Specialist II at Paciolan since July 2021, with a strong background in ticket operations and customer service. Prior to this role, Kyle served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations at Stanford University, managing ticket operations for various sports teams and events from July 2018 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes Box Office Manager at Official ASM Global, overseeing operations at major venues, and Box Office Coordinator for New York Cosmos, where Kyle advanced quickly and contributed to the development of numerous ticketing events. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Marist College, earned in 2009.
