Ann-Marie Karch

Ann-Marie Karch has extensive experience in tax accounting and reporting. Ann-Marie is currently serving as the Senior Director of Tax at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Global Tax Reporting & Compliance at Catalent Pharma Solutions from June 2017 to February 2021. From September 2012 to June 2017, they worked as the Director of Tax Reporting at Merck. Ann-Marie also worked at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. as the Income Tax Controller from August 2010 to September 2012. Before that, they served as the Manager of Tax Accounting & Reporting at Merck from February 2007 to July 2010. Ann-Marie Karch holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, which they completed in the years 1989 to 1993. Following this, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from New Jersey in January 1996. In the years 1996 to 1999, Ann-Marie pursued a Master's degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University.
