Emily Eldridge Smith

Emily Eldridge Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Emily started their career at Novartis in 1990, where they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant until 2000. Emily then joined Baxter Renal Division as an Account Manager from 2001 to 2005. After that, they worked at The Medicines Company as an Engagement Manager from 2005 to 2011. Currently, they are employed at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. In their time at Pacira, they have held various roles including Hospital Specialist, Senior Surgical Account Specialist, Regional Business Director, Director of Learning & Development, and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Commercial Learning & Development.

Emily Eldridge Smith attended Howard University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing.
