Loren Melfi Lafferty

Loren Melfi Lafferty, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Pacira BioSciences, Inc., holding various HR leadership roles since April 2018. Prior experience includes significant positions at Sanofi, where Loren worked as Associate Director of Leadership Development and HR Business Partner from March 2009 to April 2018, as well as HR Manager roles at Alpharma Pharmaceuticals and Select Medical Corporation. Loren began a career in human resources at UNICCO Service Company, also as HR Manager. Academic credentials include a BA in Psychology from Clemson University and an MA in Psychology and HR Management from Appalachian State University.
