Jessica Kulzer

Jessica Kulzer is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in employee relations, talent management, and disaster program management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, People and Culture at PACK Power, LLC since May 2025, Jessica previously held various roles at Wanzek Construction, Inc., including Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included supporting up to 600 employees. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure and Regional Disaster Program Manager for the American Red Cross, overseeing local disaster management and volunteer teams. Jessica began their career at Lakeland Mental Health Center, providing case management services for children with severe emotional disturbances. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Concordia College, earned in 2008.
