Downer Dykes, PharmD, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. At Custom Health, Downer currently holds the position of Director of Quality, Analytics and Data Sciences, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, Downer worked at CHC Health (now Custom Health) from 2019 to 2022, where they served as an Account Manager responsible for managing health payer client accounts and developing custom clinical programs. Downer also held the role of Implementation Specialist, organizing the implementation of medication management applications for healthcare clients. Downer started their career as a Clinical Pharmacist at CHC Health from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining CHC Health, Downer worked at Power of Your Brains as the Content Marketing Director & Owner from 2016 to 2021. Downer's earlier experience includes roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where they worked as a Pharmacist in 2019, a Pharmacy Intern from 2015 to 2019, and a Senior Pharmacy Technician from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, Downer worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Marshall University Research Corporation from 2018 to 2019.

Throughout their career, Downer has gained expertise in medication management platforms, electronic data management and exchange strategies, healthcare quality, and the integration of technology in healthcare programs.

Downer Dykes, PharmD, MBA, graduated from Marshall University School of Pharmacy in 2019, earning a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. They specialized in healthcare administration by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on that field at the Lewis College of Business.

In addition to their academic achievements, Downer Dykes has obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they became a Board Certified Medication Therapy Management Specialist through The National Board of Medication Therapy Management, Inc. Subsequently, in July 2021, they obtained the title of Registered Pharmacist from the WV Board of Pharmacy.
