Tad Schilke

Tad Schilke has had a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tad currently holds the position of Director of Clinical Information Technology at Custom Health since January 2022. Previously, they served as the Supervising Pharmacist at HealthDirect Pharmacy Services from September 2015 to January 2022. Prior to that, Tad Schilke worked at Shopko, where they held multiple roles including Director of Rx Merchandising & Marketing from October 2012 to September 2015, Pharmacy Manager from June 2008 to October 2012, and Pharmacy Intern from May 2006 to June 2008.

Tad Schilke pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where they studied Pharmacy. Tad enrolled in the program in 2003 and successfully completed their studies in 2008, obtaining a PharmD degree. In addition to their degree, Tad also obtained certifications as a Pharmacist from the state of Wisconsin in July 2008 and from the state of Michigan in March 2016.
