Michelle Kuehner began their career in 2014 as a Residential Program Director for REFUGE FOR WOMEN, INC. In 2016, they became a Medical Receptionist for Pediatric and Adolescent Associates. In 2018, they joined Warby Parker and held three roles over the course of four years. These roles included Customer Experience Associate Level 3, Customer Experience Lead, and DEI Employee Resource Group Lead. In their most recent role, they were responsible for planning communications and engagement events that supported the company's DEI goals, working cross-functionally with other ERG leads and departments, and reviewing performance and providing feedback to Advisors.
