Travis Cunningham

Travis Cunningham is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Packaging Corporation of America since March 2021, Travis has also held leadership roles such as Head Coach for the Indiana Beasts ‘06 since July 2018 and General Manager at Broadway Press from January 2019 to March 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Welch Packaging, Verizon Wireless, Finish Line, and YMCA of the USA, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and team development. Travis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, achieved between 2013 and 2015, and completed secondary education at Mississinewa High School from 2005 to 2008.
