Aiyanna Guadiz began their professional career in 2017 as a Student Participate for Young Executives of Color. In 2018, they interned at the Port of Seattle as an Aviation Project Management Summer Intern and participated in the Business Bridge program at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business. In 2019, they interned at the Port of Seattle as a Community Outreach Coordinator and at the University of Washington Intercollegiate Athletics as a Marketing Outreach Intern. In 2020, they interned with Riddle & Bloom as an Amazon Prime Student Campus Manager and with the Employment Security Department as a Tax and Wage Verification Intern. In 2021, they interned with Boatsetter as a Sales Intern and currently holds the role of Project Manager at Packback.

Aiyanna Guadiz began their educational journey at Cascadia College in 2016, earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2018. Aiyanna then transferred to the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Double Major: American Ethnic Studies (AES) and Sociology in 2022. During their time at the University of Washington, they also obtained a Sales Certificate in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations in 2021. Additionally, they were awarded a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in June 2022.
