Director Of Enterprise Customer Success at Packback

Anne Parayil has extensive work experience in the education field. Anne began their career in 2011 as an Educator at Anuban Kalasin School, where they designed an interdisciplinary curriculum based on student needs in English, Math, and Science, engaged students in meaningful learning through play, and navigated the Thai educational system while teaching 500 students with limited English skills. In 2012, Anne moved to Church of the Nativity, where they exposed students to different cultures through activities that coordinated with international school exchanges, initiated centers based curriculum to address the needs of diverse student interests and abilities, and communicated with parents on a daily basis about student accomplishments and struggles. In 2015, Anne began working as a Master Teacher at Great Lakes Academy Charter School, where they lead professional development in Strategic Teaching and Evaluation of Progress (STEP) analysis, writing assessment expectations, lesson execution practice, and behavior management. Anne also created grade level expectations and routines for kindergarten and first grade, and created curriculum and lesson plans with clear standard based objectives and differentiated lesson plans to motivate all learning styles. In 2017, Anne moved to AUSL (Academy for Urban School Leadership) as a First Grade Teacher, where they collaborated with staff and administration to create a new positive behavior incentives system, worked with urgency to drive academic results based on common core standards and data-driven instruction, and synthesized test data on a weekly basis in order to create targeted learning objectives. Most recently, Anne has been working at Packback since 2018, where they have held the roles of Director of Customer Success, Customer Success Team Manager II, Experience Manager II, and Strategy Consultant.

Anne Parayil received their Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Transylvania University between 2007 and 2011.
