Vesa Mussalo

Vesa Mussalo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at LeadDesk since September 2022, Vesa oversees cloud-based software solutions for high-volume sales and customer service needs. Prior to LeadDesk, Vesa worked at Pedab Finland Oy as Sales Leader for the Infrastructure unit and at 3 Step IT in various account management roles focused on large clients. Vesa has also held leadership positions at IBM, including Team Leader for both the Benelux and Nordic sales teams, where responsibilities included coaching team members and aligning business priorities. Vesa's career began in sales and marketing roles, including positions at Document House Oy and Trainers' House, and is supported by academic qualifications in Sociology from the University of Helsinki.
