Leeatt Rothschild's work experience begins in 2002 as a Marketing Intern at IES Abroad and later as part of the International Development team at Peace Corps. In 2005, they joined Euromonitor International in a Business Development role until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, Rothschild worked as a Summer Associate at Bunge, where they conducted research and analysis for corporate strategy and global agribusiness M&A opportunities.

Leeatt then pursued an MBA at Wharton Business School and MA at Lauder Institute, specializing in the Spanish International Program from 2008 to 2010.

Upon graduating, Rothschild joined Rosetta as the Director of Marketing Strategy and Insights from 2010 to 2013. Leeatt then joined Mission Measurement as the Director before being promoted to VP of Advisory Services, where they developed social strategies for Fortune 500 companies.

In 2016, Rothschild founded Packed with Purpose, a certified woman-owned business focused on creating meaningful impact through gifts that give back. Leeatt continues to serve as the Founder and CEO of the company.

In 2021, Rothschild became a Partner at SVP Chicago, where they currently hold a role.

Leeatt Rothschild completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University in 2002. In 2008, they pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from The Wharton School. During the same period, they also completed an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they spent the academic year of 2000-2001 at The Hebrew University, although no specific degree or field of study is specified for this time period.
