Mirza Mahmud Bashiruddin

Mirza Mahmud Bashiruddin has extensive experience in network and security systems, currently serving as the Services Operations Team Leader at Packet Systems Indonesia since February 2014. In this role, Mirza oversees daily operations related to various security devices and leads team activities while also troubleshooting network security issues. Previous positions include Senior Systems Engineer where responsibilities involved managing network devices, project support for XL Axiata, and technical case handling. Mirza holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma, obtained in 2009, and has also worked in management information systems and application support roles in earlier positions.
