Chris Austin is the Director of Network Service Assurance at [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric). Chris has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in network security and cloud computing. Chris co-founded Falconfox LLC in 2012, a network and cloud security consultation company. Chris also served as the Director of Security & Network Operations for Ongoing Operations, LLC from 2007 to 2018. Prior to that, they were a Technical Projects Manager for [AT&T](/org/att)'s Internet Major Accounts Center (IMAC) from 2003 to 2007. Chris began their career as an ACS Sr. Support Engineer for Dell Computer Corp in 2000 and also served in the US Army from 1997 to 2003.

Christy Sanders is the Executive Operations Director at [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric). Christy has over 20 years of experience as an administrative assistant and coordinator. Christy has worked with [Juniper Networks](/org/juniper-networks), [Lozano Smith](/org/lozano-smith), Facebook, Inc., Infineon Technologies, and [Cisco](/org/cisco). 

Christy provides administrative support to the VP Corporate Development, Director of Business Development, and VP Strategy & Business Operations. Christy is responsible for calendar management, coordinating off-site team events, travel management, and creating and tracking expense reports. 

At [Lozano Smith](/org/lozano-smith), Christy was responsible for client contracts, maintaining the client database, assisting with Board agendas and material, calendar management, travel arrangements, and planning and arranging off-site events. 

Before working at [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric), Christy was the Senior Executive Assistant at [Cisco](/org/cisco) from January 2012 to May 2020. In this role, they provided high-level administrative support to senior executives. Christy was responsible for managing complex schedules, preparing expense reports, handling sensitive information, and coordinating domestic and international travel.

Dan has been working in the field of network engineering for over 8 years. 

Dan started their career as a Network Engineer at nLayer Communications, where they worked for 9 months. Dan then became a Network Administrator & Consultant at ITech, where they worked for 8 months. Prior to this, they held various positions at the company including Senior Director of Business Operations and Special Projects Manager. Mollie also has experience working in the healthcare industry with NANTHEALTH and as a Client Partnership Director with Speakr. In addition, Meyer has served as Acting COO / Operations Director with The Academy Venture Capital and as a Business Development & Client Sales Manager Consultant with BEAM.TV @ The Mill. Mollie has also been COO of Beautyfeed for two years.

Mark has also held the position of VP of Global Network Engineering and Senior Network Engineer at the company. Prior to that, they were with IX-West for 7 years 2 months, where they served as President, Co-Founder, Vice President, Treasurer, and Network Architect / Principal Engineer. Mark then spent 4 years 4 months as a Resident Engineer at [Juniper Networks](/org/juniper-networks). 

Calkins began their career as a Senior Technology Engineer - Network Architecture at tw telecom, where they later became a Senior Network Engineer - Network Operations. Mark then spent 1 year 10 months as a Support Network Engineer and Tier 3 Network Analyst at Bresnan Communications. After that, they were an Epic Deployment Consultant at Centura Health for 4 months before becoming a Senior Field Technician at [Kaiser Permanente](/org/kaiser-permanente) for 1 year 2 months. 

Calkins then spent 3 years 9 months as a Network Technician at GTE Internetworking / Genuity / Level 3. Mark ended their time in technical support as a Tier 2 Technical Support at MCI Worldcom for 4 months. Finally, they were a PC Bench Technician at Camelback Computers for 1 year 1 month.

Michael Glickman is a well-known leader in the telecom, technology, and networking industries. He drives large strategic partnerships and innovative joint ventures for [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric). Glickman was most recently Senior Vice President for the Global Service Provider unit of [Cisco](/org/cisco) where he was responsible for driving annual revenue in excess of $10B. During his tenure at [Cisco](/org/cisco), he also led their Cloud & Managed Services and Channels business worldwide.

Lew Maggio is the current Director of Network Operations at [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric). Lew has been with the company for six years and six months, and has held various positions during their time there, including Director, Network Operations, Deployment Operations Lead, and more. Maggio has overseen the construction of a terabit scale software defined optical data transport network reaching every major data center in the continental United States. Lew has also planned and executed the installation of 231 individual routers, 61 network points of presence reaching 157 different data centers, 16 long haul optical backbone circuits connecting each metropolitan area with capacities between 100 and 200 gbps, and 28 dark fiber metro-ethernet rings with capacities between 10 gbps and 1 tbps. In addition, Maggio has specified requirements for software that manages the physical topology of the entire network and provisions physical connectivity to customers. Lew has also negotiated contracts with vendors, designed and contracted manufacturing of custom parts, and developed systems to automate materials estimation and creation of installation schematics.

Prior to their time at [PacketFabric](/org/packetfabric), Maggio spent eight years and seven months at ServerCentral as an Infrastructure Architect, Provisioning Director, Provisioning Engineer, Data Center Technician, and more. While at ServerCentral, they were responsible for specifying operation and building proof of concept for a bare metal cloud product based on software defined networking (VXLAN) and automated server provisioning. Lew also monitored capacity and pro-actively upgraded systems to accommodate customer growth of over 300%. In addition, Maggio documented standards and trained staff on deployment and operation of data center infrastructure systems. Lew also drafted design documents, wrote RFPs, and supervised vendors.

Maggio has designed and implemented data center solutions for CDW, USG, ABN-AMRO, [DePaul University](/org/depaul-university), Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, [Mesirow Financial](/org/mesirow-financial), Discovery Communications, TRUECar, [Basecamp](/org/basecamp), [Shopify](/org/shopify), [Outbrain](/org/outbrain), New Relic, Fieldglass and many other companies ranging in size from single person startups to fortune 100 companies. Lew has also managed provisioning teams and initialized policy, process, and workflow standardization within and between departments - improving turnaround time and ticket resolution up to 90%. Furthermore, Maggio has been responsible for all new service provisioning and customer onboarding. Lew has also overseen the implementation of data center products, servers, managed IT services, telecommunications circuits, and cloud solutions. In addition, Maggio has lead Project Manager for all internal and customer-related projects.

Most recently, he was VP of Marketing at Sinefa, an analytics startup acquired by [Palo Alto Networks](/org/palo-alto-networks) in late 2020, and VP of Product Marketing at [ThousandEyes](/org/thousandeyes), acquired by Cisco Systems for around $1B. Alex has previously held executive roles at Kentik Technologies, [Quali](/org/quali), and Packet Design.

Dave has served as head of [Cisco](/org/cisco)’s Chief Technology and Architecture Office, and led [Cisco](/org/cisco)’s core innovation programs, unifying and advancing strategic co-innovation partnerships and programs. He is also one of two individuals to be both [Cisco](/org/cisco) and Juniper Fellows working on the operating system and next-generation routing systems. Dave holds hundreds of patents. He has also served on the Boards of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, Advanced Imaging Society, Linux Foundation, Linux Foundation Networking, ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector, Governmental Advisory boards and Open Networking Foundation.
