Anna Lazzeri

Anna Lazzeri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as Manager II Support Italy at Packlink.com since December 2014, Anna is responsible for developing the Italian Customer Service and overseeing the recruitment and training of new staff. Previously, Anna held the position of Customer Service Advisor Italy, addressing customer complaints and managing inbound communications. Prior to Packlink, Anna worked at RESTEL S.A. from September 2011 to September 2014 as a Booking Agent & Account Assistant, facilitating communication between travel agencies and accommodations while handling reservations and customer inquiries for various hospitality companies. Anna holds a degree in linguistics and literary communication from Università di Trento, earned between 2006 and 2009.
