Itzel Ayala

Itzel Ayala is a skilled production professional with a comprehensive background in stage management and production oversight. Currently serving as a Production Office Assistant and Payroll Specialist at The PAC – The Perelman Performing Arts Center since February 2023, Itzel previously worked as a Production Manager at The Bushwick Starr, where duties included managing logistical elements for theatrical productions and collaborating with designers to budget and execute production designs. With experience as an Assistant Production Manager at The Public Theater, Front of House Staff at St. Ann's Warehouse, and a Production Management Fellow at New York Theatre Workshop, Itzel has developed strong organizational and collaborative skills. Itzel's early experiences include roles as Lead Production Technician at Allegheny College Playshop Theatre, Assistant to the Artistic Director at INTAR Theatre, and an Apprentice at Williamstown Theatre Festival, further establishing a robust foundation in theater production. Itzel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Allegheny College, earned in 2018.
