Jefferson Fort

Jefferson Fort currently serves as the Director of Development & Construction Management in the Real Estate Division at Pacolet Milliken, LLC, a position held since January 2018, overseeing due diligence, acquisitions, new development, construction management, and asset management for a diverse commercial portfolio in major US urban markets. Prior to this role, Fort was the Vice President at Gramling Brothers Real Estate & Development, Inc. from June 2005 to January 2018, managing development operations for various planned communities and mixed-use redevelopment projects in the Charleston region. Fort also held the role of Vice President/General Manager at Park West Development, Inc. from August 2001 to January 2004, coordinating land development and property management for a 1,700-acre residential community, and served as the Director of Design, Engineering & Construction at Grande Dunes Development Company, LLC/Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. from December 1999 to August 2001, focusing on a master planned resort community. Fort has a Master’s degree in Architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Design, both from Clemson University.
