Gavin Garland

Gavin Garland is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive General Manager of Contract Manufacturing at Pact Group Holdings Ltd since January 2023, Gavin plays a crucial role in advancing sustainable packaging, re-use, and recycling solutions. Prior to this, Gavin spent over 15 years with SKF Group, where roles included Area Director SKF Southeast Asia and Managing Director Australia, responsible for strategic growth and transformation across multiple regions. Earlier positions included leadership roles in South Africa and a tenure as Managing Director at Marthinusen & Coutts. Gavin holds an MBA from Henley Business School, a NHD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of South Africa.
