Padmaja Khanna

Padmaja Khanna has extensive work experience in data and analytics. Padmaja is currently the Director of Data & Analytics at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing data and analytics initiatives within the company.

Prior to their current position, Padmaja worked as an author, writing a young-adult novel series called The Dream Hiker trilogy. Padmaja is currently working on a new book.

Before becoming an author, Padmaja held various roles at Reynolds Leveraged Services. As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & EDI, they managed data and analytics solutions, including SAP Hana, SAP Business Warehouse, and big data applications. Padmaja also had responsibilities in managing EDI systems.

Padmaja's earlier experience includes working at Pactiv as a Manager of Business Intelligence and a Data Warehouse Architect. Padmaja played a key role in implementing and managing data warehouse solutions.

Padmaja also worked at Discover as a Project Lead and at Pharmacia & Upjohn and Mastech as a Consultant.

Padmaja started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Sr Systems Analyst.

Padmaja Khanna earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in the years 2002-2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad from 1987 to 1990.
