Tobi Merschat

Tobi Merschat has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. They began their career as a student at The Moore School of Business in 2003. In 2005, they joined International Paper as an HR Generalist before moving up to become an HR Manager. In 2009, Merschat joined Evergreen Packaging as a Human Resources Director and later became an Executive Vice President of Human Resources. They also held a similar role at GEC Packaging Technologies. In 2021, Merschat joined Pactiv Evergreen Inc. as the Vice President of Talent and Culture.

Tobi Merschat obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, studying from 2003 to 2004.
