Tyler Rosenbaum

Tyler Rosenbaum is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities and transactions. Currently serving as Chief Counsel, Securities & Transactions and Assistant Secretary at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since January 2022, Tyler collaborates with the Chief Legal Officer on corporate governance and securities matters for a large, Nasdaq-listed company. Previously, as Assistant General Counsel at TrueCar, Inc., from June 2018 to January 2022, Tyler managed legal M&A activities and oversaw all aspects of the company's legal affairs. At Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, from September 2014 to April 2018, Tyler focused on M&A and corporate governance for a range of public and private clients, including notable transactions involving Bayer and Valeant. Tyler holds a JD from Yale Law School and an AB in International Relations from Brown University.
