Yie Zhao

Yie Zhao has significant work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. From 1997 to 2007, Zhao worked at Alcoa, starting as an Engineer and eventually becoming a Plant Manager. Zhao then joined Casting Technologies Company as a Plant Manager from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Zhao worked at Pactiv, LLC, initially as a Plant Manager and later as a Director of Operations for both the Injection Molding and APET Value Stream divisions. From 2014 to 2016, Zhao worked at BWAY Corporation as the Director of Operations for the Plastic Division. Since 2016, Zhao has been working as the Operations Director, Engineering Shared Services at Pactiv, LLC.

Yie Zhao holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which was earned between 1993 and 1997. Additionally, Yie Zhao obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Michigan State University, completed from 2002 to 2003.
