Arthur Lima

Arthur Lima is the Founder and CEO of AfroSaúde, a startup focused on health solutions for afro-Brazilians, since June 2019. Additionally, Arthur serves on the Advisory Council for the Movement Mente em Foco under the UN Global Compact in Brazil, contributing to initiatives that combat mental health stigma. As a Professor and Content Creator at Unyleya Educacional, Arthur tutors graduate-level courses and produces educational materials in public health and epidemiology. Arthur is a 2023 Fellow of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, enhancing leadership and entrepreneurial skills through the US Department of State's program. Previous experience includes teaching at Descomplica and Faculdade UNIME, as well as a dental residency with the Family Health Program. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Medicine and Health from Universidade Federal da Bahia, a Master's in Health, Environment, and Labor, and an ongoing MBA in Project Management.
