Gustavo Vieira

Gustavo Vieira is an experienced Engagement and Community Management Analyst currently working with the UN Global Compact - Brazil Network since May 2023, focusing on strategies for participant engagement in socio-environmental initiatives. Prior to this role, Gustavo held various positions at Impact Hub Brazil and InovAtiva, specializing in community analysis and engagement program development. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Impact Hub Floripa, managing projects and supporting microentrepreneurs, and product analysis at Zygo Technology, where Gustavo developed customer experience initiatives. Gustavo holds a specialization in International Relations: Geopolitics and Defense from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Arts of International Relations from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
