Ivo Kund

Ivo Kund is the current Vice President of Engineering at Pactum. Prior to this, they were the Technical Team Lead at Starship Technologies from February 2019 to March 2020. Ivo has also been a Founding Partner, CTO, and Senior Software Engineer at Opus Online from January 2010 to September 2018, helping to architect some of the best e-commerce solutions in Estonia. Ivo also spent time as a Senior Software Engineer at Exact Holdings from February 2007 to January 2010. Ivo's journey in the tech industry started as a freelance web developer in January 2003 and has since spanned over 17 years. In that time, they have gained invaluable experience in leading and teaching teams of developers, instituting code reviews and continuous integration practices, and writing technical specifications. Ivo has also seen the evolution of various technologies, from jQuery to Angular and React, from PHP to NodeJs, and from Javascript to Typescript. Ivo's wealth of experience and knowledge makes him a valuable asset to any team lucky enough to have him on board.

Ivo Kund has a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science with IT Management from The University of Manchester. Ivo also has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Communication from Estonian College of Infotechnology and a Bachelor of Science in Internet Computing from University of Bedfordshire. Ivo also has certification from the British Embassy in IELTS English Proficiency - 7/9 "Good User".
