Michael Haynes has worked in the Human Resources field since 1999. In 1996, they began their career as a Plant Human Resources Manager at Eaton Hydraulics Group in Shawnee, Oklahoma. In 1999, they moved to Eaton's World Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, where they served as Corporate Manager of University Relations & Professional Staffing. In 2003, they moved to Eaton's Automotive Group in Cleveland, Ohio as Division HR Manager. In 2004, they moved to Eaton's Electrical Sector in Asheville, North Carolina as Division HR Manager. In 2005, they moved to Eaton's Electrical Sector in Birmingham, United Kingdom as Senior HR Manager. In 2009, they moved to Eaton's Electrical Sector in Morges, Switzerland as Director of Human Resources & Organizational Development. In 2011, they moved to Illinois Tool Works in Glenview, Illinois as Group Director of Human Resources. In 2012, they moved to Danaher Sensors and Controls as Vice President of Human Resources. In 2018, they moved to Crane Currency as Vice President of Human Resources. In 2021, they moved to Pacur LLC as Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Consultant.

Michael Haynes has a long and varied educational history. Michael earned a Masters of Science in Organizational Development & Analysis from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University between 2001 and 2003. Michael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Ohio University between 1980 and 1984. Michael also completed a College Preparatory program at Orange High School between 1976 and 1980, earning a High School Diploma.
