Victoria Beltran

Victoria Beltran has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Victoria began their career in 1994 at Bemis Company, Inc. as an IT Manager and Applications and Project Manager. In 2017, they joined Pacur LLC as the Director of Information Systems, overseeing day-to-day activity and strategic planning of multiple IT systems. That same year, they began working as an Adjunct Instructor at Brandeis University in the Program and Project Management Master's GPS program. In 2019, they joined the University of Southern California as an Adjunct Faculty in the Program and Project Management Master's program. In their current role, they teach online/asynchronous and synchronous classes, and serves on both peer review and course review committees.

Victoria Beltran has an education history spanning from 1983 to 2015. Victoria attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1983 to 1985, followed by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Victoria then attended Brandeis University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned an MS in Program and Project Mgmt.
