Kendal DeBellis

Kendal DeBellis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They are currently serving as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Pacvue since 2022. Prior to that, Kendal co-founded Aloe Solar in 2021.

From 2019 to 2022, Kendal worked at Pollen, where they held multiple roles, including Director of People, Senior People Partner II, and People Operations Manager. They supported the North America region, focusing on culture, employee engagement, and making Pollen a great place to work. Later, in 2015 to 2016, they attended College of the Canyons again, this time studying Human Resources Management and Services.
