Kyle Kirkwood currently serves as the Director of Customer Onboarding & Training at Pacvue, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive client onboarding organization and a dedicated onboarding team. Previously, Kyle held the role of Director of Customer Training & Enablement at Pacvue, building a robust training department focused on advertising strategy across various retail platforms. Prior experience includes working as the Director of DSP at BetterAMS, where an Amazon DSP function was established from the ground up, as well as serving as the Senior Account Manager for enterprise and SMB accounts on Amazon. Additional experience encompasses vendor management and e-commerce strategy at All Pacific Sales and military service in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and communication roles were undertaken.
