Sean Brown

Sean Brown is the Director of Total Rewards at Pacvue, having previously served in various senior compensation and HR roles across multiple organizations. They began their career with an internship at Hillary For President before progressing to positions at Nasdaq and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Sean has extensive experience in managing compensation systems, developing Total Rewards philosophies, and executing compensation processes for senior executives. They hold a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.
