Zoey (Xuan) W. has a diverse work experience in various fields. Zoey (Xuan) started their career in 2013 as a Public Relations Advisor at Chang'an University. In 2015, they worked as a Journalist Intern at Guangxi Daily and later as a Journalist at Xi'an Business.

In 2017, Zoey joined the University of Washington where they held multiple roles. Zoey (Xuan) served as a Journalism Program Brand Strategist, where they helped update the program's brand and conducted surveys and analysis to understand the needs of stakeholders. Zoey (Xuan) W. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Chang'an University in 2016. In 2015, they also attended Hong Kong Baptist University for a brief period, but did not obtain a degree or field of study information during that time.

In 2017, Zoey (Xuan) W. enrolled at the University of Washington and pursued a Master of Communication degree with a specialization in Digital Media. Zoey (Xuan) successfully completed their master's program in 2019.

Additionally, Zoey (Xuan) W. obtained several certifications to expand their knowledge and skills. In 2015, they earned the N2 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) offered by the Japan Foundation and Japan Educational Exchanges and Services. In 2019, they completed the Information Architecture Fundamentals certification from Udemy.

Recently, in 2020, Zoey (Xuan) W. obtained various certifications related to digital marketing. Zoey (Xuan) became certified in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy and also secured Google Ads Display, Google Ads Search, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification certifications from Google.
