In addition, Mark has held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Coloradans for Responsible Energy Development since August 2013, managing comprehensive campaign operations focused on hydraulic fracturing. Mark's extensive tenure at Pac/West Communications includes roles from Partner to Senior Director of Political Affairs, highlighting expertise in natural resources, energy, and political public relations. Earlier career experiences encompass a Western Issues Specialist role at the National Association of Conservation Districts, a Government Affairs Associate position at Pac/West, and various roles in academia, including coaching and marketing efforts at Pacific University. Mark holds a BA in Politics & Government from Pacific University.
