Luc G. Berthiaume

Luc G. Berthiaume is a Professor of Cell Biology at the University of Alberta, a role they have held since 2009. Their research focuses on fatty acylation, the covalent attachment of long chain fatty acids to proteins. In 2012, they co-founded Pacylex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and serves as the Chief Scientific Officer.

Luc G. Berthiaume has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from Université de Sherbrooke and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the same university.
