Tej Naidu Kota

Tej Naidu Kota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and business development. Currently serving as the Business Head of Digital at PAD Integrated Marketing and Communications since January 2022, Tej also holds the position of CEO and Founder at Think Byg since September 2020. Previously, Tej was the COO and Business Development Manager at Next Big Thing Marketing Pvt Ltd from January 2017 to September 2020, and Manager - Business Development at GAP Miners India Pvt Ltd from September 2014 to January 2017. Tej's earlier roles include Project Trainee at Defense Research and Development Laboratory and Graduate Engineer Trainee at Soma Enterprise Ltd. Academically, Tej holds an M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a B.Tech from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology.
