Thaddeus Sampaio has extensive experience in digital business strategy and technology leadership within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Business at ASA Investments since July 2023, Thaddeus previously held the position of CPO at Banco Master, focusing on strategic planning and product development for online and offline banking services. With a background that includes roles as CTO at AQUI! CARD and Superintendente de TI at Safra, Thaddeus led various digital transformation initiatives, achieving significant improvements in digital account openings, customer perception, and operational efficiency. Thaddeus holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Banking and Financial Institutions from FGV and an MBA in Project Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo.
