Carey C.

Carey C. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They started their career at Teva Pharmaceuticals in 1991, holding various positions including Production Manager. At Teva, they were involved in process implementation and cost reduction efforts. They later worked at ABC Laboratories as a Quality Assurance Specialist before returning to Teva as an Associate Director of Manufacturing. In this role, they successfully completed plant start-ups and authored revised master batch records. They also worked in regulatory affairs and quality assurance, processing applications and facilitating audits. After leaving Teva, they joined Kemin Personal Care as an Operations Manager, where they started an operations unit and implemented supply chain functions. They then joined AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) as a Plant Manager and Director of US Operations - API, where they oversaw multiple locations and implemented improvements to performance and capacity. They subsequently worked at Alcami Corporation as a Site Director and at Agilent Technologies as an Associate Vice President of Operations. Currently, Carey C. holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Padagis Minnesota, LLC.

Carey C. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, both from William Woods University.
