Jennifer Simone Hoffman

Jennifer Simone Hoffman is a seasoned professional in the OTC industry with extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, and commercial strategy. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Channel Innovation & Expanding Access to OTC Naloxone at Padagis LLC and as Principal at OTC Strategic Consulting, Jennifer previously co-founded and led BETR Remedies as President and General Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles at Perrigo Company plc, where achievements encompassed securing new opportunities and driving revenue growth, and at General Electric, participating in an Operations Management Leadership Program. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and completed an executive program at Harvard Business School in 2019.
