Sébastien Najjar

Sébastien Najjar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sébastien currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Padam Mobility, where they are responsible for structuring the company's rapid growth, particularly in the Tech department. Their role includes defining the tech organization and processes, improving cross-department collaboration, supervising the tech vision and recruitment processes, managing teams related to quality, and ensuring reliable data collection for management decisions.

Before joining Padam Mobility, Sébastien served as the CEO of DIOXYGEN SOFTWARE starting from May 2017. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder and CTO of Skimlab, a company specializing in virtual sculpting tools, from January 2013 to April 2017. Their main responsibilities at Skimlab involved executing the company's business mission through web development and deployment, implementing web applications, and planning for risk and growth.

Sébastien also gained valuable experience as an Ingénieur Middleware - consultant for Amadeus at Astek from November 2010 to December 2012. Sébastien began their career as an intern at Bull in February 2010, followed by another internship at Sun Microsystems from June 2009 to September 2009.

Sébastien Najjar's education history includes attending the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Ingénierie informatique (Computer Engineering) and a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Computer Science.
