Ajinkya Dhariya

Ajinkya Dhariya has three years of professional experience. In 2017, they began working as an R&D Engineer and GTE,R&D at Grind Master Machines Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they gained knowledge of the kinematics of robotic arms and their physics, as well as hands-on experience teaching robots and programming KUKA and FANUC. In 2018, they founded and became the CEO of PadCare Labs Pvt. Ltd., a DIPP recognized and government-backed startup with a vision to shape sustainable societies by enhancing hygiene standards with a product-driven approach. In 2021, they joined the Leaders in Innovation Fellowships Programme (LIF) at the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Ajinkya Dhariya completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded in 2017. Prior to this, they completed their HSC from DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Up-Grade, Wharton Executive Education, and University of Virginia in 2018.
