Coline Marchal

Coline Marchal has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Coline currently holds the position of Vice President People at Paddle and previously held the same role at Insify. Prior to that, they worked at Workiva as Vice President of Operations, EMEA, Senior Director of HR, Director of HR, EMEA, and EMEA HR Manager. Marchal also gained valuable experience at GEFCO as a Global HR Business Partner and HR Manager. Coline began their career as an Assistant Manager HR at Orange and a Recruitment Officer at GP International.

Coline Marchal completed their Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources Management from IAE Paris Gustave Eiffel in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's degree (M1) in Business, Management, and Human Resources from Université Lyon Lumière in 2009-2010. Coline also participated in a Bachelor's degree - Final Year Exchange Programme at The University of British Columbia in 2008-2009, majoring in International Economics and Sociology.
