Daise Rocha is an experienced product design leader currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Paddle since December 2025. Prior to this role, Daise held positions at Manychat as a Product Design Manager for Growth and Mobile Areas, and at N26 as Head of UX overseeing various domains including Growth and FinCrime Prevention. With extensive experience across multiple companies, including Intercom, Verizon Connect, IBM, and as a founder of Rock Desk and Owl Bookings, Daise has developed a robust skill set in UX design, team management, and product strategy. Educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in User Experience Design from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, complemented by further studies at General Assembly and University College Dublin in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
