Teruki Takahashi

Teruki Takahashi is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in evaluation and project management within both governmental and international organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at PADECO since April 2009, Takahashi previously held positions at the Japan International Cooperation Agency as an Evaluation Officer, and at the Japan Bank for International Cooperation as a Project and Evaluation Officer. Earlier career roles include Evaluation Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an internship at the Japan Center for a Sustainable Environment and Society. Takahashi holds a Master of Public and International Affairs with a focus on Economic and Social Development from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Political Science from Meiji University.
