Roberto Yoshihara Atienza has extensive experience in production and quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable de Producción at Padesa since October 2017, Roberto previously held the position of Director de Calidad y Mejora Continua at PADESA from May 2013 to October 2022. Prior to that, Roberto worked as Technical Manager at Barry Callebaut from April 2011 to May 2013 and served as Technical Director at IRSA from February 2003 to May 2011. Additional roles include Quality Manager at INDUSTRIAS RODRIGUEZ SA from December 2000 to February 2003 and Quality Supervisor at Arcor from January 1995 to January 1996. Roberto holds a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Tokyo University of Science and a degree in Food Technology Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Luján.
