Carlo Arze

Country Representative - Paraguay at Pan American Development Foundation

Carlo Arze has extensive experience in leadership and social development, currently serving as the Country Representative for Paraguay at the Pan American Development Foundation since October 2013. Previous roles include Chief of Party and Director for Youth and Community Development for the Eastern and Southern Caribbean, as well as Chief of Party for the Suriname Youth Development and Juvenile Justice Program. Carlo held the position of Program Director for Youth:Work Mexico at the International Youth Foundation from February 2010 to October 2013 and worked as a Social Development Specialist at the Inter American Development Bank from September 1990 to December 2009. Carlo holds a Master of Public Administration from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, all from The University of Texas at Austin.
