Denise Helena Torres

Denise Helena Torres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and consultancy focused on democracy, governance, human rights, economic development, and health. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Pan American Development Foundation since November 2022, Denise has held various roles in organizations such as Partners of the Americas, Freedom House, and the World Federation of United Nations Associations. Denise's diverse background includes facilitating civil society dialogues at the UN, managing projects related to renewable energy, and representing NGOs at UN meetings. Denise holds an MSc in Environment, Politics, and Society from UCL and a BA in Economics with a minor in Politics from New York University.
