Aylin Orial is an accomplished technology leader with a diverse background in AI strategy, digital transformation, and technical management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Padgea, Aylin oversees AI initiatives and technical skills development. As the Founder and President of Think Techmode, Aylin has successfully led multiple companies through AI and agile transformations. Previous roles include CTO, CISO, and Chief Product Officer at KyckGlobal, where Aylin focused on digital transformation in the fintech sector, and Group Manager of Finance Technology at Amazon, providing strategic leadership in technology management. Aylin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Mathematics and Technical Management from Kennesaw State University.
